Prayer Requests

 

As Graced To The Nations its impressed on our hearts to pray for others and in doing so we unite our hearts with God's heart.

Why do we have to pray for others? 

1. Prayer brings us closer to God in love. 

2. Prayer helps us grow closer to God.  A letter is written to the church in Ephesus by Apostle Paul reminding them that the battles we face in our daily lives are not canal. Therefore when we open our mouths to pray for others, the spiritual real is altered by God's response to our prayers.  Ephesians 6:12 NKJV

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Matthew 18:19 NKJV

"Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

Jesus teaches his disciples about the power of praying together. Therefore may we pray for each other in different communities, If you have a friend that you would love to pray for please shout them out in the community groups so that we can pray for them. 

Luke 6:28 NKJV

Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.

Jesus again makes a profound message instructing to bless those who curse you and pray for those who spitefully use you. Is this not amazing this is an example of sacrificial love. This connects back to the 2 major commandments see. Matthew 22:37-39 NKJV

Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' [38] This is the first and great commandment. [39] And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'

Galatians 6:2 NKJV

Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Sometimes the burdens of others are so heavy that they are unable to cast it to christ therefore we are called to stand together in prayer and help out to cast it to the author and finisher of our faith Jesus Christ.

10. For God to put a hedge over our children and generations to come.

11. Open spiritual ears and eyes to see like he sees
