Graced To The Nations

• “In the shadow of His hand He hid me” — Season of Preparation. Before an arrow is ever shot, it is kept safe and hidden in the warrior’s quiver. This represents the time God spends rescuing, rehabilitating, and discipling youths out of the chaos of the streets. God hides us in His hand to heal our heart, protect their life, and build their character through mental health support and spiritual growth. During this time youth are not rejected rather they are just in preparation.
• “He made me into a polished arrow” — Process of Sharpening. A raw piece of wood cannot fly straight, it has to be cut, smoothed, and polished. God wants to “raise and sharpen” our youths. Through the Kingdom Business/Marketplace Academy, modern trade training, and leadership courses, He is taking their raw potential which was hidden by the enemy and polishing them into an excellent, skillful, and ethical leader.
• “Concealed me in His quiver” — Perfect Divine Timing. An arrow stays inside the quiver until the exact moment the warrior needs it. This means our youths do not have to rush or copy the world. Even when things seem to move slowly, God is holding their vision safe. In His perfect timing, He will open the quiver and release them as  young leaders equipped to make a real difference on the ground.
• “Sent for his purpose” —The Release. Being an arrow means they were never created to stay inside the quiver forever. A quiver is a safe place of protection and training, but the ultimate destiny of an arrow is to be released, fly fast, and strike a target.

Weapon of Blessing.

When a warrior shoots an arrow, he aims it at a specific target. God does not launch youths blindly. He sends us into very specific places where people are hurting like schools, prisons, hospitals, and refugee settlements. Youths are sent to strike down poverty, hopelessness, and brokenness with the love of Jesus.

Propelled by Holy Spirit Power.

An arrow doesn’t fly on its own power rather  it flies because of the strength of the warrior who pulls back the bow. They do not have to rely on their own strength, their background, or their  pocket. BUT the Holy Spirit is the one pushing us forward, giving us the boldness and power to make a massive impact.

Overcome Every Barrier.

A polished arrow is designed to cut through the wind and overcome resistance. Because God has sharpened their character and their practical skills, they will be able to break through the barriers of poverty, unemployment, and discrimination. Wherever they are sent, they will stand out because they do fly straight and true.

Leave a Lasting Legacy.

The goal of an arrow is to make an impact right where it lands. By stepping boldly into their divine calling, they aren’t just changing their own lives along  BUT also they are setting a brand new standard for their families and the entire neighborhood, changing their generation, & the nations forever.
